The barn is finished with tongue and groove southern yellow pine interiors, dutch doors on each stall, large windows, an attached lean-to with rubber mat footing, 2 loafing areas and 3 grass pastures.  There is a meticulously maintained 80×160′ outdoor arena with textile/fiber footing.  New 3 board fencing in loafing areas and smooth coated 5 strand fencing in pastures.

Oh and a few Pekin ducks who needed a place to call their own.
